our history
Jerry Jech
Jerry started the business on the family farm in 1935, running meetings with local farmers and ranchers out of the school house shown above. Jerry and his wife Mary were succeeded by their daughter Betty and her husband Mervin Rasp, son Delvin and his wife Nancy, and son Arnold and his wife Donna. Jerry passed in 1957 leaving the business to his son, Delvin.
Delvin Jech
Delvin, son of Jerry, began working for the family business in the 1940s before taking over and expanding in the 1950s, opening an office in Kingfisher. Delvin and wife, Nancy, both graduated from Big Four School east of Kingfisher near the family farm. He learned the ins and outs of the insurance business all while running cattle and farming wheat. Delvin and Nancy were God-fearing, hardworking, down to earth people who instilled those qualities in the loved ones they left behind including daughter Debbie and her husband Darrell Daugherty, son Doug and his wife Kim, son Darcy and his wife Vicky, and many grandchildren and great grandchildren.

A college baseball standout at Southeastern Oklahoma State, he now focuses his personal time with his wife, Vicky, daughter Sarah and her husband Michael Ahholt and son Ryan and his wife Britni, and grandchildren Macy, Elizabeth, Blakely, Bree, Renner, Callen. Darcy is an active member of The Society of Certified Insurance Counselors and here to provide you with 30+ years of knowledge in insurance.

Lily was born & raised in Jalisco, Mexico. In 2011 she moved to Kingfisher were her husband, Luis, and their two children. Previously Lily worked for Kingfisher Public Schools before becoming part of the Jech Insurance team. He attended Northwestern Oklahoma State in Alva, Oklahoma, where he started four years at Quarterback for the Rangers while obtaining his Bachelor's Degree and meeting his wife, Morgan. Kyle and Morgan moved back to the Kin
